Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups leftover spaghetti with sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter or cooking spray for dish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the leftover spaghetti, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix gently to distribute the cheese.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti mixture. Stir everything together until the spaghetti is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the coated spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it into an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the baked pasta casserole rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
