  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
