Make bold, spicy, and creamy Buffalo Chicken Wraps in just 15 minutes using crispy chicken tenders. This recipe is a fast lunch or game day solution.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound frozen breaded chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chicken tenders according to package directions until crispy and heated through.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the hot, crispy chicken tenders with the Buffalo wing sauce until fully coated.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  4. Lay out each tortilla. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing down the center.
  5. Layer the sauced chicken, shredded lettuce, and cheese onto the dressing.
  6. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles, if using.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to secure the filling.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a higher protein option, use grilled chicken breast instead of frozen tenders.
  • You can substitute blue cheese dressing for the ranch dressing if you prefer a sharper flavor.
  • Prepare the chicken and sauce mixture ahead of time for quick assembly during the week.
