Make your weekend brunch memorable with this easy breakfast pizza recipe that combines savory bacon, fresh eggs, and creamy avocado on a pizza crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cooked breakfast sausage (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 small avocado, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush the pizza crust lightly with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
  4. Scatter the cooked bacon and sausage (if using) over the cheese layer.
  5. Crack the four eggs directly onto the pizza, spacing them out so they are not touching.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese around the eggs. Season the eggs lightly with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the egg whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven. Top immediately with sliced green onions and sliced avocado.
  9. Slice and serve this creative breakfast idea immediately for your brunch party food.

Notes

  • For a crispier crust, pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
  • You can substitute any breakfast meat you prefer for the bacon and sausage.
  • If you prefer firm yolks, cook the pizza for an additional 2-3 minutes.
