1 cup sour cream
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
1 cup frozen corn, thawed (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until the base is smooth and fully combined.
Stir in the drained Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, and the entire packet of taco seasoning mix. Mix well to distribute the flavors evenly.
If you are using corn, fold in the thawed corn kernels now.
