  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes by piercing each potato several times deeply with a fork. This allows steam to escape.
  2. Rub the entire surface of each potato with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the coarse sea salt and pepper evenly over the oiled skin of each potato.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch. Work in batches if necessary.
  6. Air fry for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through the cooking time. Cooking time depends on the size of your potatoes and your air fryer model.
